Viggo talks The Hobbit

What is the most anticipated movie in the next couple of years ? That's easy. The Hobbit. Prequel to The Lord Of The Ring novels.
The film has it's director, Guillermo del Toro ( Hellboy, Pan's Labyrinth ) and some actors rumored reprising roles from the trilogy, such as Andy Serkis ( Gollum ) Ian McKellan ( Gandalf ) Hugo Weaving ( Elrond )with Ron Pearlman and Doug Jones rumored as newcomers to the casting.
Mortensen is all good with returning as Aragorn aka " Strider ", but has mentioned in a recent interview that the character doesn't show up till half way through The Hobbit and is more prevalent in The Hobbit 2. Either way, this will be one for the ages. Some predict all time box office openings. The film is scheduled to begin shooting next year with a December 2011 release.
