Sandra Bullock's name should be thrown in the Oscar hat

The Blind Side is a pretty good movie, but what I noticed most about it, was mostly comedian actress Sandra Bullocks performance. It stuck out. I feel it's her career best performance personally, and she should at least be in the mix ( whatever category ) of discussion for an Oscar nomination.
