The talented actress is working on a Showtime series that will be titled That C Word. The premise is about a suburbanite mother and wife that has been diagnosed with cancer. Word is that the story will add some light touches to the seriousness behind her illness. The series will see a 2010 release date. Gabourey Sidibe and Oliver Platt have also signed on with director Bill Condon ( Kinsey, Dreamgirls ) set to direct many of the episodes.
