The much talented actress Julianne Moore, turns the big 5-0 today. She's been nominated for four Academy Awards, two for leading actress ( Far From Heaven, The End of the Affair ) and another two for supporting actress ( The Hours, Boogie Nights )
She may just snag another nomination this year for her performance opposite Annette Bening for The Kid's Are Alright, though at this particular time many seem to be in category placement confusion for where she will be placed if she does earn a Oscar nod. Many think she deserves the leading category yet others feel if she campaigns in support then she will stand a better chance. For me, I think she's the best part of the film and should go lead.
Next up she'll be in a romantic comedy farce titled Crazy, Stupid, Love with Ryan Gosling, Steve Carell, Kevin Bacon, Marisa Tomei and Emma Stone.
