The Dilemma Preview/Synopsis
January 14th
Directed by Ron Howard ( A Beautiful Mind, Apollo 13 ) Starring Vince Vaughn, Kevin James, Jennifer Connelly, Winona Ryder, Channing Tatum, Queen Latifah. Written by Allan Loeb ( 21, Things We Lost In The Fire ) Cinematography by Salvatore Totino ( Cinderella Man, Any Given Sunday ) Editing by Oscar nominees Dan Hanley and Mike Hill (Frost/Nixon ) Original score by Oscar winner Hans Zimmer ( The Lion King )
Premise: The Dilemma, a story of how far you can bend a brotherly bond before it snaps. Since college, confirmed bachelor Ronny (Vaughn) and happily married Nick (James) have been through thick and thin. Now partners in an auto design firm, the two pals are vying to land a dream project that would launch their company. With Ronny's girlfriend, Beth (Connelly), and Nick's wife, Geneva (Ryder), by their sides, they're unbeatable. But Ronny's world is turned upside down when he inadvertently sees Geneva out with another man and makes it his mission to get answers. As the amateur investigation dissolves his world into comic mayhem, he learns that Nick has a few secrets of his own. Now, with the clock ticking and pressure mounting on the biggest presentation of their careers, Ronny must decide how and when he will reveal the truth to his best friend.
Rated PG-13 for mature thematic material involving sexual content
Oscar chances: Now ay in hades. I was actually surprised that Howard to this project on. Just hoping it's better than I expect ( which isn't much )

About Me
- No Bad Movies
- Started to really pay attention to film ( movies ) what was going on in front of the camera, but more interestingly, behind it as well at about as far back as age 10. Motion pictures ( when good ) are a fascinating medium. All the work and prep that goes into filmmaking. It's an amazing process !
