Oliver Stone is back behind the camera, 22 years after he directed the first Wall Street, in a sequel, Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps, with none other ( and who else ? ) than Michael Douglas reprsing his role of the disgraced former Wall Street tycoon. Shia LaBeouf will play the young trader that befriends Gekko. The film also co-stars Carey Mulligan, Susan Sarandon, Josh Brolin, Frank Langella and rumor is that Charlie Sheen will make a cameo as Bud Fox. Film will be released late summer/fall of 2010.
Rumblings from those that have read the script are mixed about it at best. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
