Everybody's Fine Preview/Synopsis + trailer

Everybody's Fine Dec 4

Directed by Kirk Jones ( Nanny McPhee, Waking Ned ) with Robert De Niro, Kate Beckinsale, Sam Rockwell, Drew Barrymore and Melissa Leo. Written by Jones. Cinematography by Emmy winner Henry Braham ( The Golden Compass, Shackelton ) Edited by Oscar nominee Andrew Moshein ( The Sixth Sense ) Original Music by Oscar winner Dario Marrianelli ( Atonement )

The premise is about a widower Frank, who for the first time ever, decides to go on a road trip to reconnect with his children, and finds out that things in their life are not what they appeared to be to him.

Rated PG-13 for thematic elements and brief strong language. 100 min.

Oscar chances ? Honestly, the best possibility would be for DeNiro if anything, as word is out that it's his best performance in years, but I would lean more heavily in his chances for a Golden Globe nomination instead.

Started to really pay attention to film ( movies ) what was going on in front of the camera, but more interestingly, behind it as well at about as far back as age 10. Motion pictures ( when good ) are a fascinating medium. All the work and prep that goes into filmmaking. It's an amazing process !
