Just Go With it, that was previously titled Pretend Wife, is about a plastic surgeon ( Sandler ), who pretends to be married as a pick up line, finally meets the woman of his dreams ( Decker ). He doesn't use the pick up line on her but when she finds the wedding band he uses and she believes him to be married, he has to tell her he's getting a divorce. He asks his office manager ( Aniston ) and her children to pose as his family in order to prove his story.
