Scorsese's Hugo Cabret begins filming in June



Whenever a Martin Scorsese project is announced, it becomes popular fodder among critics and film fans alike, and millions will begin to follow the news on the film.
His most recent; The Invention Of Hugo Cabret will be no different. The film will begin shooting in England in June.
Much of the cast has been assembled with Chloe Moretz ( Kick-Ass ) Ben Kingsley, Sacha Baron Cohen and Asa Butterfield as Hugo.
Scorsese has assembled another impressive group of filmmakers to work on this project with him. Reuniting with Oscar winner's cinematographer icon Robert Richardson and longtime editor Thelma Schoonmaker, he'll also be re-teaming with award winning production designer Dante Ferretti. With this impressive group, also on board is a former collaborator of the filmmaker's, screenwriter and Oscar nominee John Logan, who worked on The Aviator with Scorsese.
The film will receive a December 11, 2011.
