R.I.P. Editor Sally Menke

Sally Menke was a fine editor, Oscar nominated twice in best editing for Pulp Fiction and just last year Inglourious Basterds. She edited every one of Quentin Tarantino's films. Plus she also spliced Lee Tamahor's Mulholland Falls and All The Pretty Horses for Billy Bob Thornton.
She apparently collapsed while hiking in the Hollywood Hills on the day of the heatwave. For my life I can't understand why she would be exercising in extreme heat.
