Streep had her student loans too...

I recently read an article interview that I thought was pretty interesting with Meryl Streep, she was asked when it was that she truly felt like she had arrived in Hollywood, and she answered " when I paid off my student loans ".
Streep who attended Vassar College and The Yale School Of Drama admitted when she first started getting roles, she put that money back into paying off those loans.
We tend to think these big stars, Oscar winning talent, have always been at that level. It's hard to imagine them once struggling out of college to get work to pay off those student loans.
So there is an Oscar winner that experienced the same as any other college student with large loans hanging over their head.
