We Need To Talk About Kevin is an adaptation from the novel by Lionel Shriver, about a mother who is attempting to come to terms with the aftermath to why her son went on a murder rampage at his school. Tilda Swinton plays Eva Khatchadourion, the mother of Kevin. The film also stars John C. Reilly as Eva's estranged husband Franklin and Ezra Miller as Kevin.
The film is currently filming in New York and Connecticut and is written and directed by Scottish filmmaker Lynne Ramsay, who won the 2000 BAFTA award for most promising newcomer for Ratcatcher.
The film will be released sometime next year.
