As many know by now, Ryan Reynolds has been cast as DC comics legend Hal Jordon/Green Lantern being directed by Martin Campbell ( Casino Royal, Collateral ) and now the rest of the cast has been assembled as well. With Mark Strong ( making a real good casr for himself as one of the best actors that play bad guys these days ) as Lantern's main nemesis Sinestro.
Rounding out the casting is Peter Sarsgaard, Angela Bassett, Tim Robbins and Blake Lively. The film is being lensed by Oscar winning cinematographer Dion Beebe ( Casino Royale, Collateral )
Release date is June 11, 2011.
