Bright Star is a romantic drama based on the 19th century poet John Keats ( Winshaw ) and his 3 year romance with his muse Fanny Brawne ( Cornish ) before he succumbed to tuberculosis at the young age of 25.
Rated PG-13 for thematic elements, some sensuality, brief language and incidental smoking.
Oscar chances ? Good to very good. Early screenings have been well recieved especially for Cornish. Possibles are also possible for Film, Director, Actor, Supporting Actor and Screenplay.
