One of my favorite cult classics's of all time, 1973's The Mechanic, is getting a remake made with Jason Statham in the Charles Bronson role and Ben Foster taking the role that Jan Michael Vincent portrayed in the original. Donald Sutherland has also been added as a principle cast member. The film is directed by Simon West ( The Rock, The General's Daughter ) with it seeing a December 15th landing.
